Software asset management

Losing track of what software you have, where it’s running or whether there is a licensing overlap can be a problem if processes are not in place.

Software asset management (SAM) no longer means carrying out the ad hoc inventory when needed - instead it requires a structured approach to recognize your software assets and manage them so that they work best for you. SAM is essential to protecting your organization’s software.
