BSI British Standards Draft Review system
BSI is pleased to announce the launch of its online Draft Review system for national Drafts for Public Comment (DPCs). A selected number of drafts for national standards (BS only) will be available via our new easy to use website. You will be able to read the full draft and leave comments and suggestions about its content which we may use in the final British Standard. Please visit our site at http://drafts.bsigroup.com.
Standards documents are circulated for public comment in order to get comments from as wide an audience as possible. The DPC stage occurs during drafting in national, European and international arenas and is an important part of the standards development process.
All current projects are also listed within our searchable ProjectLine database
Purchasing DPC documents
To buy a copy of a DPC go to the BSI Shop and search using the DPC number or contact BSI Customer Services on +44 (0)20 8996 9001 or email cservices@bsigroup.com with the title and DPC number of the draft you require.
Commenting on DPCs
To comment on a Draft for Public Comment you need to use the appropriate table accessed through the links listed below:
- ISO (International) drafts
- IEC (international Electrotechnical Commission) drafts
- CEN (European) drafts
- CENELEC (European Electrotechnical) drafts

Submission of your comments to BSI in these tables will greatly ease their incorporation into the official UK view.
