Course outline:
As organizational structures flatten and employees become increasingly empowered, the ability to communicate and persuade colleagues and managers is even more important. Many can generate good ideas; persuading others to adopt them is another challenge.
Course objectives:
- Gain the knowledge and confidence to influence.
- Develope practical skills to pass on a message clearly - to both individuals and groups.
